Design and Build

Typical Mist Eliminator Systems require extensive engineering prior to installation. With no moving parts each module must be designed properly prior to manufacture to assure proper operation

Important design considerations include:

  • Maximum flow velocities
  • Water loading
  • Maximum and Minimum wash rates
  • Wall, roof and floor loading
  • Drainage
  • Civil and structural design consistent with project parameters
  • Water balance
  • Maintaining Hydraulic profiles
