Mine Air Washers
Keeping mine air safe and clean is an important consideration in mine ventilation. Complying with Federal, State and Local standards can be a daunting task.
The Agilis Technologies Air Washer System (AWS) is a unique three stage wash system designed to filter out dust and blast fumes in addition to reducing diesel particulate matter making your mine a safer, healthier and more productive place to work.
The three-stage process begins with an initial downdraft spray system to remove large dust and dirt particulate. This is followed by a large surface area, media based fill, to remove wetted particulate. Air washing is completed using washable pleated filters for final filtration.
This unique combination of these techniques has proven to be an effective scrubbing combination.
