Mesh Pads

Agilis Technologies, Inc produces high efficiency knitted wire mesh mist eliminators for droplet removal from vapor streams with up to 99½% removal of droplets 3 micron and larger. We can offer specialty multi-density pads with or without support grids. Each pad is custom designed for your application to provide you with the best combination of performance, price and size.

Our designs are frequently used prior to profile mist eliminators to improve limit drop performance at low pressure drop increases.

Agilis Technologies, Inc produces and stocks mesh for custom pad construction from common stainless and Polypropylene. Other materials including nickel, Kynar®, and Teflon® can be produced if requested. The Agilis Technologies Edge can provide you with the best combination product to remove droplets from your gas stream. This assures you the best performance at the lowest cost.
